Built in 2009 and designed to be rented for demanding, year-round use, Villa Christina af HavsVidden  is a new, high-class seaside villa with all modern conveniences supplied, including a wine cabinet. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump and air conditioning.

The villa can be reached by car from Mariehamn in about 35 minutes. The landscape is dominated by the most beautiful red, bare granite rocks of Åland and Geta and the wide open sea.

Designed by one of the foremost Swedish architects, Thomas Sandell, this modern villa with its large windows provides a light and spacious atmosphere.

Living in Villa Christina is carefree. All the services of hotel Havsvidden and the gourmet restaurant located in the same area are at your disposal at any time. To reach the villa, you may also use a boat or a helicopter.

Besides the beautiful spring and summer, the autumn in Geta is unique, not to mention the fierce autumn and winter storms that you may experience through a large gable window, sitting comfortably at the fireplace.
